We generally book a minimum of a four-hour window for all cleaning services. This is generally used for large homes or homes with excess clutter. There is no guarantee of an hourly service, and we will not come back to re-clean for an hourly service.

While we do provide a flat-rate fee on our cleaning services, those that are extra dirty, or larger than normal may gain additional charges on top of the flat-rate fee.
